Convert a time across zones and find a slot that is not the middle of the night for anyone.
Offsets come from the browser time zone database, so half-hour zones like Kolkata and 45-minute ones like Kathmandu land exactly, daylight saving included.
A filled dot is daylight there, 06:00 to 18:00. The day marker is relative to your own date, so +1d means they are already into tomorrow.
Columns are the 24 UTC hours of the reference day; click one to pin the clocks above to it. Each cell is scored on the hour the slot starts, so in a half-hour zone a bar marked 09:00 is really 09:30.
Scheduling across time zones goes wrong at the edges: daylight saving shifts on different dates in different countries, and the offset you memorised is right for part of the year.
