The passage renders character by character: right in cream, wrong in rust, the caret in the accent. WPM is the standard five-characters-per-word measure against a real clock, accuracy is exactly the fraction of characters you got right, and neither number flatters you.
Every finished run lands in a local history with your best, a rolling average, and a small bar chart of the last ten — enough to see whether the practice is working. The passages are original one-liners about caches, DNS and backups, so you absorb something while you drill.
